BROUWERIJ OUD BEERSEL

Sometimes known as Vandervelden brewery after Henri Vandervelden, the owner. At present time one of the smallest lambic brewery in Belgium. It is producing an uncompromisingly traditional lambic, geuze, kriek and framboise. Only Oud Beersel Oude Geuze 6% abv, Oud Beersel Oude Kriek 6.5% abv, Oud Beersel Framboise Lambic 5% abv, Oud Beersel Kriek Lambic 4% abv are bottled. Located in Beersel, just south of Brussels, at the heart of lambic country. Dating from 1882, but is still effectively a one-man affair.
